Refund Policy


In Certain Cases and with certain limits, a permit may be refunded if the permitted work will not be completed.

1. The company has the full authority to charge the full servicing and support fee once the work is completely successful.

2. A full refund will also be initiated if the support and servicing department is in error.

3. Initiation of refund request should be done within 30 calendar days (3 Months) by writing to us at support@rstechnologies.online with the complete billing serial number.

4. If the authorized work has been started and you want to stop the support and services due to other reasons apart from the department error, then the department may retain 25% for the processing fee.

5. Refund process will be initiated within 15 working days after the refund request is made from your end.
